In the far distance, you can see Kalkan. The first place that the captain chose for lunch was too choppy so we crossed the bay to a more sheltered bay. The crossing was pretty rough considering it was such a nice day. As a result most of the 11 of us felt a little queasy. I felt fine as I had upped the ante by drinking a couple of beers and chatting to one of the crew.

Once we got to a sheltered spot, the captain made us a very impressive lunch of Calamari, Fried Sea-bass, Seafood hotpot, chips and several salads. And lots of wine. A lot of the food ended up uneaten as most of the gang still felt rough after the crossing. I ate quite a lot of the food and was lucky to eat Kate's sea-bass as well as my own.
