On the wednesday, the hotel offered a poolside barbeque with a live Turkish guitar player. With candles and flowers decorating the pool and the guitar music floating through the air it was a fantastic setting. The food was equally fantastic as we were offered every type of roast meat on the barbeque and an extensive selection of marinated and prepared salads and mezze. The meal ended with the hotel staff dancing for us and we headed for a game of cards on our balcony just before the guests started dancing with them. Later on we could hear ABBA and Fleetwood Mac and a whole load of whooping and hollering so we were content in our decision to head back to our room. We had to be up early to bag a good spot by the pool the next morning.
